The The Aquarium Society of Victoria (A S of V) is a group dedicated to the education and promotion of fish keeping and breeding in Victoria and Australia.
Comprising members who have been involved in industry, professional judges, breeders, commercial enterprises or hobbyist fish keepers, there is a vibrant and friendly attitude that welcomes all aquarium enthusiasts. Meetings of various kinds take place either at the C. R.Paton Hall at the Clifton Hill address, or the Eastern Districts Aquarium Society in the Whitehorse Centre at Nunawading. With an active community and specialist sub-groups you are invited to participate as a guest at up to three of our general meetings, after which you may choose to become a member. |

The A S of V is holding a FISH SHOW on OCTOBER 1st., 2nd. & 3rd. Three classes ... GUPPIES CORYDORAS and TETRAS Fantastic Cash Prizes plus sash and certificate for 1st. and 2nd. in each class plus Best In Show. Anyone can enter as many fish as they wish. Entry fee $5.00 per entry. An Auction will take place on Saturday night (2nd.) for those who might want to sell their entries. Watch for further details! |
